In particular we congratulate the 4 retail outlets who are opening at 13 The Centre in Waipu.Other New advertisers include "The Crossing in Waipu" and "Grandmas Place" by the roundabout in Ruakaka.It is wonderful to see these folk having the foresight to offer their services to the Bream Bay Community, especially in the retail area which has suffered badly in recent years throughout small town New Zealand. We wish them all the very best!. It is up to us to give them all the support required to keep them in business!The next Deadline for the Bream Bay Trader will be Thursday 2nd September 2010 . Please note that our fortnightly deadline day is Thursday. Adverts must be in by 12 noon on this day and this will be our 18th print of the year. The Monthly Ruakaka Community Market Day is in full swing and desperately needs your support. They have a Market every 3RD sunday in the Month at the Ruakaka Community Centre, Rain,Hail or Shine! We can't stress enough, the advantages in shopping locally. If you want to save money and remove the drama of having to find a convenient park (and who doesn't!) SHOP LOCALLY ! We have an excellent range of shops and other essential services right here in Bream Bay. We have our own libraries and there is a convenient Council depot for paying rates at the rear of the Ruakaka Shopping Centre. NO Parking problems, NO Parking wardens, NO traffic hassles. NO Clamping. Simple really, SHOP LOCALLY AND SAVE! If we don't support our local business folk, we will lose them! Simple as that!
